About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Manager to join their Brisbane team on a 6–12 month contract, delivering a major retail and mixed-use project based in Brisbane.

This is a hands-on project delivery role with a strong focus on front-end design coordination, tenant liaison and fit-out delivery. You will work closely with architects, consultants, tenants and the broader project team to ensure the project moves seamlessly from design through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities across the front-end design and delivery phases.
• Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, contractors and tenants to ensure design and delivery requirements are aligned.
• Manage the coordination and delivery of luxury wellness project fit-out works.
• Oversee warm shell items for a high-end supermarket, ensuring scope, design and delivery requirements are appropriately coordinated.
• Act as a key point of contact for tenants, managing requirements, approvals and project interfaces.
• Liaise directly with tenants throughout the design and delivery process.
• Coordinate design development, documentation, approvals and construction interfaces.
• Work closely with the building team to support and coordinate building-related requirements.
• Manage project programme, scope, budget, risks and key dependencies.
• Coordinate consultants and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables remain on programme.
• Provide clear project reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.
• Support the successful transition from design through to construction and completion.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience delivering complex projects from front-end design through to construction and completion.
• Strong experience coordinating architects, consultants, tenants and contractors.
• Excellent tenant and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of design coordination and fit-out delivery.
• Experience across retail, commercial or mixed-use environments will be highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen and project management capability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
