Senior Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage commercial interior fit-out projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

• 8-16 years of experience in corporate interiors or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial projects management principles and practices.
• Excellent budget management skills with ability to prepare accurate estimates and manage costs effectively.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects involving interior works.
