I am closely working with a leading company. My client is looking fo r a Senior Estimator/Project Manager to run drywall and metal framing projects from bid through final walkthrough.

REQUIREMENTS

8+ years in Estimating or Project Management within drywall, acoustical, flooring, or metal framing
Prepares competitive bids and detailed cost estimates ahead of deadlines
Reads blueprints/specs to scope projects and identify cost drivers
Manages subcontractor and vendor bidding and negotiations
Tracks job costs and keeps stakeholders updated throughout
PMP certification a plus

BENEFITS

Salary- 85,000-145,000k (DOE)
