What they need

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning and procurement through to completion.

Key responsibilities

Lead project planning, execution and overall delivery.
Manage project programme, budget, resources and site operations.
Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
Monitor progress, quality, safety and contractual requirements.
Manage project risks, variations, claims and commercial matters.
Resolve project issues and ensure timely completion.
Prepare project reports and provide updates to Management.

About you

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, preferably with a main contractor.
Strong experience in managing construction projects from start to completion.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Commercially aware and able to work under pressure.
High-rise/building construction experience is an advantage.
