Senior Project Manager

This is a exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take on a leadership role delivering a large-scale, technically complex project for a major customer.

You'll lead multidisciplinary teams and work closely with customers, contractors, partners and senior stakeholders, bringing strong commercial judgement and strategic leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, driving accountability and performance
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, contracts, risk and change
• Build strong relationships with customers, contractors and key stakeholders
• Identify and resolve commercial, operational and delivery risks
• Oversee project governance, reporting and overall performance
• Provide strategic leadership and contribute to broader business growth

About You

We're looking for an accomplished project leader with:

• Significant Senior Project Management experience delivering large-scale projects
• Strong commercial, financial and contractual capability
• Experience in automation, materials handling, infrastructure or engineering environments
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Engineering qualification, ideally Mechanical or Electrical
• PMP certification
• Consortium or joint venture experience would be advantageous
