- Define RACI matrices, roles and responsibilities and ensure clear communication across program teams.
- Coordinate testing strategies and QA activities to validate deliverables against requirements and quality standards.
- Support portfolio management activities by aligning projects to strategic objectives, tracking interdependencies and providing input to prioritization decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field; PMP or equivalent project management certification required; additional certifications (Agile, Scrum Master, ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive project and program management experience delivering IT systems, software development and infrastructure projects, including experience with both Agile and Waterfall SDLCs.
