Senior Project Manager

1. Lead the complete lifecycle of high-rise residential and commercial tower projects from design through handover and closeout.
2. Own project cost, schedule, quality, budget, cash flow, risk and overall delivery performance.
3. Lead design management, constructability reviews, value engineering and cost optimization.
4. Manage tendering, contractor prequalification, bid evaluation, BOQs, commercial negotiations and contract finalization.
5. Lead construction execution, site progress, programme control, technical issues and contractor performance.
6. Manage FIDIC contracts, variations, claims, Extension of Time (EOT) and contractual correspondence.
7. Coordinate consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams.
8. Ensure timely Municipality, NOC, statutory and authority approvals.
9. Establish project governance, planning, reporting, risk management and project-control processes.
10. Lead progress meetings and provide senior management with project, cost, schedule and risk updates.
11. Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.
12. Drive successful project completion, tower handover, snagging and post-handover resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of construction industry experience, covering both civil and interior works.
• Mandatory UAE experience in high-rise residential and commercial towers.
• Strong track record in high-rise project delivery and construction management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Strong practical knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
• Strong understanding of the complete construction process.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera and Aconex.
• Strong knowledge of construction details, building products, regulations and quality standards.
• Proven leadership, commercial, contractual and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
