- Technological aptitude, including experience with tools like Airtable and the ability to create simple apps.
- A business presence in Poland and readiness to work on a B2B contract.
- Proximity to major airports in Poland is a plus due to international client collaborations.
- Ability to manage risks, coordinate stakeholders, and drive results in remote settings.
