Are you an experienced civil engineering professional who enjoys leading teams, developing client relationships, and delivering successful land development projects?

Soltesz is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Lanham office. In this leadership role, you will manage civil engineering and land development projects, mentor engineers and designers, oversee project performance, and help grow lasting client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Lead civil engineering and land development projects
• Manage client relationships and provide responsive service
• Supervise, mentor, and develop project staff
• Oversee project quality, staffing, schedules, budgets, profitability, and invoicing
• Prepare proposals, scopes, and fee estimates
• Collaborate with senior leadership on company goals
• Support business development and client growth initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Active Maryland Professional Engineer license
• 10 or more years of progressive civil engineering and land development design experience
• Five or more years of staff management experience
• Strong technical plan development and review capabilities
• Excellent leadership, organizational, delegation, and communication skills
• Suburban Maryland experience preferred
• Prince George’s County experience is a plus
