Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, client-focused Senior Project Manager to join our team and deliver exceptional results that exceed expectations.

As a Senior Project Manager at CrewPros, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients throughout the construction phase of their remodeling journey. You will orchestrate every detail with precision, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values integrity, and takes genuine pride in transforming homes and delighting customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients seamlessly through the full construction stage of the remodeling process, maintaining clear communication and building lasting relationships
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines with meticulous attention to detail
• Efficiently order and coordinate delivery of all required materials and equipment
• Coordinate and lead Technicians and Trade Partners to ensure smooth project execution
• Update the BuilderTrend App schedule daily and post comprehensive Daily Logs (minimum 6 photos per day)
• Schedule and conduct all key walkthroughs (Post-Demo, Pre-Electrical, Pre-Drywall, and Assured Happiness)
• Respond promptly to client calls, emails, texts, and BuilderTrend messages
• Identify, estimate, and submit change orders for unforeseen conditions or client requests
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site at all times
• Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets or exceeds CrewPros standards
• Proactively look for opportunities to serve and “bless” customers (e.g., bringing in newspapers or trash cans).

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• 5+ years’ Project Management experience
• Proficiency with technology, including BuilderTrend App and Microsoft products

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time independently and efficiently
• Thorough understanding of the residential remodeling and construction process
• Deep awareness of how individual changes create domino effects across a project
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a natural team leader

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Base Salary
• Performance Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses % based on on-time and on-budget project metrics
• Change Order Bonus: % of gross revenue on all PM-generated change orders
• Allowances: Car/gas and cell phone
• Additional Incentives: Discretionary annual bonuses tied to company growth and profitability

Training & Development

We invest in our team. Approved continuing education is required and supported with a dedicated budget. You will collaborate on an annual training plan for the production staff. Continued employment for 12 months of post-training is expected (with repayment agreement if not met).

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
