Senior Project Manager | Self-Perform Construction

The Role

We’re supporting a leading self-perform specialty contractor delivering major construction scopes for several top General Contractors across Texas.

With a strong pipeline and a reputation for outperforming the market on compensation , they’re hiring experienced Senior Project Managers to support continued growth.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Concrete
• Drywall & interiors
• Acoustics
• Large-scale commercial construction projects across Texas
• Working directly with major General Contractors on complex projects

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from preconstruction through closeout .
• Manage schedule, budget, cost, quality, and client relationships .
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, and overall performance.
• Partner with GCs and internal self-perform teams to drive successful execution.
• Lead and develop project teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager .
• Self-perform construction experience is essential.
• Strong background with a concrete, drywall, acoustics, interiors, or similar specialty contractor .
• GC experience considered where candidates have meaningful self-perform experience .
• Strong understanding of project financials, schedules, and field operations.
• Willingness to travel or relocate for the right opportunity.
