Senior Project Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing residential high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for residential high-rise developments.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare regular project reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization on site.
• Manage engineering and construction aspects of residential high-rise projects
• Develop and monitor project schedules and cost plans
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications
• Resolve technical issues and prepare progress reports and documentation
• Manage procurement and material delivery schedules
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
• Mentor junior engineers and site staff
