Senior Project Manager | Concrete Strategies

Concrete Strategies is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex concrete construction projects from planning through successful completion.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of project execution, financial performance, client relationships, and team leadership while partnering closely with field operations, clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Lead projects from preconstruction and turnover through execution, closeout, and final financial reconciliation

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, profitability, billing, cost controls, and change management

• Partner with field leadership on schedules, manpower planning, logistics, sequencing, safety, and quality

• Build strong relationships with clients, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Administer contracts and oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and closeout requirements

• Identify project risks and opportunities and develop effective solutions

• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders

• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other team members

• Support preconstruction, estimating, constructability reviews, and business development efforts as needed

• Champion CSI’s commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant construction experience

• Significant progressive construction project management experience

• Experience managing complex commercial construction projects and project teams

• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, project controls, cost management, procurement, and change management

• Strong leadership, communication, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced construction environment

• Ability to travel based on project and business needs

Experience with large-scale concrete, self-perform construction, cast-in-place concrete, tilt-up construction, structural concrete, or precast erection is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: Competitive Annual Salary based on qualifications, skills, training, experience, and location.

Discretionary Annual Bonus: Subject to company performance and individual contribution.
