Senior Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects within the construction industry. This pivotal role involves managing all phases of project delivery, from initial planning and scheduling to execution and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard project management software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive large-scale projects forward while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications, budgets, and schedules
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools, coordinating construction schedule activities across teams
• Manage project budgets through cost estimation, cost control measures, and financial reporting using HeavyBid or comparable construction estimating software
• Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings utilizing Civil 3D and other design tools
• Supervise project teams on-site and in-office, managing subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff to ensure seamless project delivery
• Ensure compliance with all construction regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations while maintaining high-quality work standards
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or equivalent to track progress, manage documentation, and facilitate communication among stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on civil or heavy civil works
• Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and project management methodologies
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant construction management tools
• Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and cost management strategies
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
• Solid experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; familiarity with construction plans is essential
• Knowledge of construction regulatory compliance requirements and safety protocols
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
• Construction site experience is required; previous roles in managing complex infrastructure projects are highly preferred
