Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead two strategic technology initiatives within a global life sciences organisation.

The role will oversee a major regulatory platform transformation consolidating multiple legacy systems into a single solution, alongside an optimisation programme for a global planning platform. Both projects operate within a highly regulated GxP environment and require strong stakeholder engagement across international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex global projects from initiation through delivery.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources and project governance.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Ensure delivery within regulated pharmaceutical environments.
• Support and mentor project team members.

Essential Experience

• Minimum 10 years' project management experience in large multinational organisations.
• Strong pharmaceutical industry background with hands-on GxP-regulated project delivery.
• Proven experience establishing project structures, processes and governance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.

Desirable

• Regulatory Affairs systems experience (RIMS, EDMS, publishing, submissions management).
• Experience consolidating legacy applications into enterprise platforms, including data migration planning.
• Enterprise planning platform delivery experience (e.g. Anaplan).
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent.
• Ability to work regularly from a Central European office location.
