What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 12+ years of project management experience, including at least 6 years managing enterprise HR or ERP transformation programmes at senior level.
- Direct experience delivering implementations in HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Cornerstone, UKG) or ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Odoo, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of HR or ERP processes across global operations.
- Demonstrated success managing global, cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Proven experience preparing and presenting to Project Boards, steering committees, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (PMP, Agile, SCRUM preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with multi-country payroll, global HR models, or complex ERP integration landscapes.
- Background in consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology delivery.
- Experience with large data migrations, global process harmonization, and change management.
- Ability to manage multi-million-dollar project budgets and contractual responsibilities.
- Strategic planning and execution leadership, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Excellent relationship-building and client-facing communication.
- High accountability, ownership mindset, and leadership presence.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global delivery environments, including comfort working US and/or UK client-facing shift hours.
