Senior Project Manager

We’re seeking an experienced, highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery. Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll partner closely with U.S.-based stakeholders to drive planning, alignment, risk management, and execution while leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and project performance. Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives, translating business objectives into clear scopes, timelines, priorities, and resourcing plans
• Own project roadmaps, schedules, dependencies, and risks, proactively removing roadblocks and driving projects forward
• Serve as the primary project lead for key stakeholders, maintaining alignment and proactive communication across U.S.-based and Manila-based teams
• Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, and retrospectives, clearly communicating priorities, progress, risks, decisions, and next steps
• Ensure project intake is complete and actionable, maintaining accurate documentation, timelines, and status within Wrike
• Drive accountability across project teams, ensuring clear ownership, deadlines, dependencies, and follow-through
• Evaluate and implement AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Track project performance and provide clear reporting on timelines, workload, risks, and overall project health
• Ensure project deliverables align with established brand standards and guidelines

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, including independent ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced professional fluency in written and spoken English required, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with U.S.-based stakeholders and leadership
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and decision-making skills
• Experience with project management platforms required; Wrike experience strongly preferred
• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
• Experience building project reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking
• Experience improving workflows, processes, and operational efficiencies
• Experience using AI and automation tools to improve productivity
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Must be willing to work in rotating shifts or US time zone.
• Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, QC
