What they need
Heavy Civil Inc. is seeking a Project Manager that has a minimum of 5 year's experience in Heavy Civil Construction Management. FDOT experience is a must. This role involves planning, job costing, and execution of various different Federal, State, County, and City projects.
Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred but not mandatory. Prior project management may be in lieu of degree.
Skills: Proficient in Excel, Microsoft, and Computer Skills necessary.
Main Responsibilities: Job Costing, Job Planning, Ordering Materials, Job Close Out, Change Orders, RFIs, Quantalities Reconciliation, and Job Claims
Heavy Civil offers: Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, Bonus Based on Performance, and Vehicle Allowance
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
