The Role

Blueline is seeking a Senior Project Manager who can drive both revenue growth and project execution throughout the East Bay and South Bay markets. This is a leadership role for a respected builder who can develop client relationships, win repeat work, and lead complex commercial projects.

What You Will Do

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from pursuit through closeout
• Develop and maintain owner, architect, broker, and industry relationships
• Identify and pursue repeat business opportunities
• Manage budgets, schedules, teams, and client satisfaction
• Participate in proposals, presentations, and business development efforts
• Mentor project managers and project teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of project leadership experience
• Experience with business development, negotiation, closing sales, and earning repeat business
• Demonstrated success selling and leading commercial construction projects valued at $2M+ with proven track record of annual total volume of $20M+
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong financial, operational, and strategic project management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading projects in the $5M-$20M+ range
• Strong relationships throughout the East Bay and South Bay
• Strong reputation among owners, developers, contractors, architects, and industry partners
• History of generating repeat business through client relationships
• Experience serving as the primary client contact on complex commercial construction projects

Compensation

Base salary range: $150,000+ depending on experience. UNCAPPED performance pay opportunity means this is a great role for a performer. Executive growth path and regular, direct interaction with company leadership.
