Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the lifecycle management of software projects, from requirements import, design, development, testing, to release, acceptance, etc.;

2. Lead the project team to develop project plans, monitor project status in a timely manner, and coordinate resources to achieve project objectives;

3. Communicate and cooperate with clients, coordinate internal and external resources, and promote the smooth progress of projects;

4. Manage the plan, cost, schedule, quality, and risk during the project development process, and be able to lead the project team to solve problems such as technology, communication, and resources encountered in the project;

5. Master relevant technologies such as product design and software development, be able to perform management work from a product perspective, participate in the construction of the project management system, identify improvement opportunities in the software project management process, and continuously drive process optimization.

Requirements

Qualifications

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, with over three years of experience in automotive electronic software R&D or project management;

2. Possess excellent communication skills and coordination abilities, and be good at managing client expectations;

3. Possess excellent project management skills, be proactive, highly responsible, and have good stress tolerance;

4. Good logical thinking skills, information collection and analysis abilities, and strong learning ability in new fields;

5. Good language and written expression skills, strong sense of responsibility, active thinking, and those with good English reading, writing, and expression skills are preferred;

6. Have experience in system software integration, and be familiar with at least one of the devops tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Jfrog, etc.;

7. Preference will be given to those with project management certificates such as PMP and ACP, experience in system software development, and those in the vehicle to everything product industry.
