Senior Project Manager

We’re looking for a strong, seasoned Project Manager who knows how to take ownership, drive accountability, and keep complex projects on track.

This is a role for someone who is confident in managing senior stakeholders, firm on processes and governance, highly organized, and not afraid to challenge when needed . You should be comfortable making decisions, raising risks early, and ensuring teams follow through on their commitments.

What You’ll Do

• Lead projects end-to-end, from planning and execution through delivery and closure

• Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and key deliverables

• Drive project governance and ensure adherence to established methodologies, processes, and controls

• Manage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technical teams

• Identify risks and issues early, challenge assumptions, and drive timely resolution

• Ensure clear accountability across project teams and hold stakeholders to agreed commitments

• Prepare and present project status updates, governance reports, and management presentations

• Facilitate project reviews, governance checkpoints, and key decision-making discussions

• Ensure complete and accurate project documentation and compliance with organizational standards

What We’re Looking For

✅ PMP certification is required

✅ Strong experience in end-to-end Project Management , preferably in complex enterprise environments

✅ Strong understanding of SDLC and IT project delivery is an advantage

✅ Banking/Financial Services experience is preferred

✅ Experience in audit, risk, compliance, or project governance is a plus

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

✅ Highly process-oriented, structured, and detail-driven

✅ Strong personality with the confidence to influence, challenge, escalate, and make things happen

✅ Able to work with senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities without losing sight of governance and delivery
