Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to handle multiple construction projects across residential, commercial, fit-out, and related developments.

The role is responsible for end-to-end project management from planning, design coordination, budgeting, procurement, construction execution, and project turnover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from planning to turnover
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, quality standards, and schedule
• Handle project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor management
• Monitor site progress and resolve project issues
• Ensure proper project documentation and reporting
• Support coordination between design and construction teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in residential, commercial, fit-out, or related construction projects
• Knowledge of Design-and-Build project delivery
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and cost control
• Experience coordinating with various stakeholders (clients, consultants, contractors)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience handling ₱10M+ projects is an advantage
