Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project manager based at Dublin airport You'll lead the delivery of capital projects acting as Contracting Entity's representative from project initiation through to construction, commissioning and handover. Projects may span baggage handling systems, passenger security infrastructure, airfield and airside facilities, terminal asset upgrades, airport technology systems, operational infrastructure and other critical airport development projects. You'll work closely with Client stakeholders, airport operations teams, designers and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely to programme within budget and with minimal disruption to airport operations.

Why this move? This role takes you from managing individual projects or defined workstreams to leading multiple concurrent capital projects. The shift in programme scale, stakeholder complexity and accountability, with direct responsibility for project outcomes within a live operational airport. The trade-off is the increased pace, visibility and responsibility that comes with delivering projects where operational continuity, safety and programme performance are paramount.

What We Are Looking For

• Demonstratable experience delivering complex infrastructure, aviation, transportation or construction projects through planning, design, delivery and handover.
• Experience acting as a client-side Project Manager, Employer's Representative or Contracting Entity representative on major capital programmes,
• Strong NEC contract management experience, including programme management, compensation events and change control.
• Proven experience managing delivering within live operational environments where stakeholder coordination and operational constraints are critical.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving project governance, risk management, cost control and stakeholder engagement across multiple concurrent projects.
