Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Create detailed project plans and schedules.
• Resource Management: Assign tasks, manage team workloads, and ensure proper allocation of tools and human resources.
• Timeline & Budget Control: Track project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, clients, and senior management through regular status reports and meetings.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve blockers as they arise.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet company standards and client expectations.
• Documentation & Closure: Maintain comprehensive project records, complete final handovers, and conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 8-12+ years of proven working experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM, or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) certification is a strong plus.
• Methodologies: Strong familiarity with Project Management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban).
