Position Overview

Progress is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery
• Manage schedules, budgets, milestones, and priorities
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Identify project risks and develop solutions
• Track performance and provide regular status updates
• Maintain project documentation and ensure quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Agile or similar project methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Pay: $105,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
