Senior Project Manager – Mission Critical Data Center Construction

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex

Annual compensation: $170,000–$220,000, depending on experience

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven data center construction experience to lead complex projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive delivery from planning through commissioning and handover.

Project Managers with relevant data center project experience and a demonstrated ability to take on senior-level responsibility are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery, managing scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and quality.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Oversee civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing workstreams.
• Manage procurement, change orders, cost forecasting, and project reporting.
• Identify risks early, resolve construction challenges, and keep critical milestones on track.
• Maintain strong safety standards and accountability throughout delivery.
• Coordinate commissioning readiness, project closeout, and final handover.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on data center construction experience.

Required Skills

• Proven experience delivering relevant projects, with clear examples of the scope you managed and the results you achieved.
• A strong construction project management background, including budget, schedule, and subcontractor management.
• An understanding of mission-critical infrastructure, including power, cooling, and the coordination required between building systems.
• Confident leadership, sound commercial judgement, and clear communication.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills

• Project Managers with relevant data center project experience and a demonstrated ability to take on senior-level responsibility are also encouraged to apply.

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation and benefits

• Annual compensation of $170,000–$220,000, depending on experience.
• $150 daily per diem for meals and incidentals on eligible travel days, with lodging paid separately.
• Company-paid business travel, including flights and ground transportation.
