Experience: 7-9+ years in construction

Qualification: Engineering Graduate / B.Arch / MS in Construction Management

Role Overview

Lead the technical and administrative delivery of GDC construction projects, coordinating with clients, US teams, executive leadership and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, project engineering, submittals, RFIs and change orders.
• Lead, mentor and develop project engineering teams.
• Coordinate project meetings, daily updates and weekly status reports.
• Estimate project execution hours and resource requirements.
• Maintain quality assurance standards, project records and correspondence.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and support GDC product development.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of BIM and Revit experience in construction documentation and project coordination.
• Minimum 5 years of team leadership/supervisory experience.
• Experience in at least two areas: Submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, Quantity Take-Offs, Estimation or Project Coordination.
• Hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Procore and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills for daily coordination with US teams.
• Proven experience delivering construction projects from start to finish.

Preferred Background

• US construction project experience highly preferred; other international construction experience may be considered.
• Building/commercial construction preferred; infrastructure experience acceptable.
• Project management certifications preferred.

Candidates with plant/industrial project experience will not be considered.
