Senior Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI related projects leveraging cloud skills and Gen AI related activites. The role involves overseeing design, development, testing, and deployment across cloud and on-prem environments, while ensuring high-quality delivery through Agile practices.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of technical depth and program management expertise, with proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and translating business requirements into scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise level project and handle architectures implementation for delivery.
• Manage projects deployed in cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) and on-prem environments.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
• Drive the full SDLC from requirements, design, and development to UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
• Cross domain w.r.t Data and AI related components mandatory

Agile Project Management

• Run daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
• Ensure deliverables align with sprint goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain Jira/DevOps dashboards, velocity charts, and ensure transparency in project progress.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and QA teams to manage dependencies and risks.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical deliverables and work plans.
• Manage a cross-functional team of developers, testers, and UI/UX designers.
• Mentor team members, promote technical excellence, and ensure adherence to coding and design best practices.
• Escalate risks, manage change requests, and drive proactive issue resolution.

Governance & Quality

• Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and best practices for secure, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Track project KPIs schedule variance, cost variance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for executive reviews.
• Coordinate with DevOps for CI/CD pipeline management and environment readiness.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of total experience with at least 8+ years in project or program management roles.
• Strong technical foundation w.r.t Cloud components, Data, AI and Engineering services
• Proven experience delivering web and mobile-responsive applications.
• Exposure to cloud-native deployments (Azure / AWS / GCP) and on-prem hosting models.
• Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, API design, and microservices architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams (onsite/offshore).
• Excellent stakeholder communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• PMP / Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) / CSM certification Mandatory.

Education:
