Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale, complex Heavy Highway and Infrastructure projects, encompassing full project oversight, stakeholder communication, risk management, and reporting. This is an incredible opportunity to join one of the Largest General Contractors in the Northeast!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project management for large-scale projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
• Serve as primary point of contact for owners, agency representatives, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, and change order management.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules, coordinating logistics across multiple work fronts.
• Ensure compliance with agency specifications and reporting requirements.
• Mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers; lead project meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction.
• Direct experience with public agency delivery (DOT, transit authority, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling and cost control systems.
