Senior Project Manager

We’re Hiring – Senior Project Manager | IT / Software Delivery

We are looking for an 10 + yrs of experienced Senior Project Manager who can take ownership of multiple projects, manage cross-functional teams, and drive successful delivery from planning through production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and deliverables are on track
• Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional teams including Development, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, BA/Product and other stakeholders
• Drive end-to-end project delivery from planning → execution → testing → release → production support
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira for sprint planning, backlog tracking, dashboards, reporting and delivery monitoring
• Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD, deployment planning, release management and production readiness
• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, blockers, dependencies and escalations
• Conduct project/sprint reviews, status meetings, planning sessions and stakeholder updates
• Track project progress, resource allocation, milestones and overall delivery health
• Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering Leads, QA, DevOps and Business stakeholders
• Ensure clear communication across teams and maintain strong delivery discipline
• Continuously improve project processes, team collaboration and delivery efficiency
• Ideal Candidate:✔10+ years of overall IT/Project Management experience✔Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills – Must Have✔Highly proactive approach with strong ownership and accountability – Must Have✔ Strong experience managing multiple software/IT projects✔ Proven experience handling multiple teams and cross-functional stakeholders✔ Strong knowledge of Jira and DevOps practices✔ Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC✔ Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities✔ Experience working with distributed/offshore/onsite teams is a plus✔ PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM / SAFe certification is a plus

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
