Senior Project Manager

Role: Project Manager – Software & E-commerce Projects

Experience: 5–12 Years

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple software consulting, e-commerce, and product development projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project delivery, client management, planning, budgeting, and technical coordination skills, with the ability to manage projects from initial requirements through testing and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within agreed scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage client communication, expectations, scope changes, and project-related escalations.
• Oversee e-commerce implementations, including Magento, headless commerce platforms, ERP integrations, payment solutions, and omnichannel workflows.
• Support the delivery of internal products, including payment solutions and tools integrated with Microsoft Business Central (MBC).
• Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, budgets, resource utilization, and profitability.
• Establish effective project management processes, reporting practices, and documentation standards.
• Ensure proper testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release readiness, and quality checks before delivery.
• Work closely with technical teams to understand requirements, evaluate solutions, and resolve delivery challenges.
• Manage project releases and coordinate with distributed teams working across different time zones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–12 years of experience managing software consulting and/or e-commerce projects.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery and managing multiple client engagements.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, estimation, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Linear, or Asana.
• Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good technical understanding to collaborate effectively with developers and discuss architecture, integrations, and technical trade-offs.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento and headless commerce solutions.
• Familiarity with ERP integrations, Microsoft Business Central (MBC), Navision, payment systems, or omnichannel solutions is an advantage.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality delivery.

Pay: ₹837,000.00 - ₹2,430,000.00 per year
