Renewyx have partnered with an established general contractor in San Carlos, California to appoint a Senior Project Manager.

San Carlos sits on the San Francisco Peninsula, in a market shaped by sustained K-12 modernization funding and ongoing seismic and capital investment in healthcare facilities across the Bay Area. This pipeline of public and institutional construction work is deep, technically demanding, and consistently in need of experienced project leadership.

Alongside the K-12 workload, healthcare construction across the Peninsula and South Bay continues to expand. The firm has built a strong reputation across both, and this appointment will play a central role in its continued project delivery.

DSA, HCAI, or OSHPD-regulated project experience

Current experience with a licensed general contractor

The role:

The Senior Project Manager will lead large K-12 construction projects from award through closeout, coordinating project teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring consistent delivery against schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks. This is a senior, client-facing role with significant ownership of complex, large-scale projects.

What you'll bring:

• 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager on large K-12 construction projects
• Based in or near San Carlos, CA, or able to work on-site in the Bay Area
• Strong leadership capability across multi-discipline project delivery teams
• A consistent record of delivering complex construction projects to schedule and budget

Nice to have:

• Healthcare construction project experience, accepted in place of K-12 experience
• Professional certification in construction or project management
