Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing project management software such as Primavera P6, Procore, Prolog, or equivalent tools
• Coordinate construction schedules and sequencing using construction scheduling techniques and software like Primavera or HeavyBid to optimize workflow
• Manage project teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance to ensure efficient project delivery
• Oversee construction estimating processes and cost management activities to maintain profitability and control expenses
• Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and regulatory documents such as contracts and permits for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure all work complies with construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies while maintaining documentation for audits and inspections
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project coordination and resolve issues promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong track record of successful delivery
• Extensive knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid or similar tools
• Demonstrated expertise in construction scheduling, project coordination, cost management, and budget oversight
• Strong understanding of construction regulations, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams in a construction management role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation purposes
• Hands-on construction site experience combined with a solid understanding of construction processes and site safety practices
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $48.00 - $49.00 per hour
