Location: St Louis, Missouri

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up construction projects in St Louis with an established national general contractor.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced construction professional to lead projects from initial concept and preconstruction through execution and closeout. The company works across a diverse range of project types and is open to candidates from a variety of construction backgrounds.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead construction projects from inception through completion
• Oversee estimating, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project execution
• Manage contract negotiations and proposal preparation
• Work closely with owners and design teams during early project development
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of project estimates
• Lead owner proposal meetings and provide value-engineering solutions
• Oversee subcontractor selection and the project buyout process
• Conduct jobsite meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders
• Organize and manage multiple project activities while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget expectations
• Make informed decisions under tight deadlines and proactively resolve project challenges

What We’re Looking For:

• 8–10+ years of construction project management experience
• Design-build construction experience is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with owners, design teams, field leadership, and subcontractors
