Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with Stations experience to lead major construction engineering initiatives and help grow our PMCM practice in the New York region. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional who thrives on delivering complex infrastructure projects while developing client relationships and driving business growth.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

The Opportunity:

As a key leader within TYLin’s PMCM group, you will:

  • Lead and manage one or more construction management and inspection projects
  • Oversee multi-million-dollar construction contracts involving MTA or other Rail and Transit projects
  • Build and strengthen relationships with agencies and key clients
  • Identify, recruit, and mentor high-performing PMCM professionals
  • Position TYLin as a prime consultant or strategic partner for major CM engagements
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to prepare compelling RFP and SOQ responses
  • Ensure compliance with QA/QC protocols, safety standards, and agency requirements
  • Coordinate closely with owners, contractors, utilities, and stakeholders

This role offers the chance to make a measurable impact — not only on project delivery, but on the continued growth and market presence of TYLin in the region.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a proven infrastructure leader with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
  • 15+ years of construction management experience, particularly on Rail and Transit stations
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar public infrastructure contracts
  • Experience with agencies such as MTA, Amtrak, MNR, LIRR and similar
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams including PMs, Resident Engineers, Office Engineers, and Inspectors
  • Strong business development acumen and client relationship skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • A track record of leadership, performance, and accountability

Why TYLin?

  • At TYLin, you’ll join a collaborative, innovative team working on impactful infrastructure projects that shape communities. We empower our leaders with the autonomy to grow markets, build teams, and deliver excellence.
  • This is more than a project management role — it’s an opportunity to shape the future of our PMCM presence in New York.
  • If you’re ready to lead, grow, and deliver at the highest level, we want to hear from you.
