Location: Dublin, Ireland

Salary: €130,000 – €155,000 base DOE + Full Benefits Package

Overview

Our client, one of Ireland’s leading main contractors, is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead upcoming major residential projects. This company has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality builds across the country. You will be working on high-profile projects and long-term pipeline in the Greater Dublin region.

You will take full responsibility for managing construction projects ranging in value from €75m to €250m. These are typically large-scale developments, requiring exceptional leadership, technical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of project delivery from pre-construction to handover
• Lead project teams including engineers, site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery
• Ensure all work complies with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and senior management
• Produce regular reports on progress, risks, and performance metrics
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may impact project delivery

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in a project management role within a main contractor environment
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects (€70m+)
• Experience on residential (housing or high density) is highly desirable
• Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-pressure projects on time and within budget
• Relevant Construction/Engineering degree or equivalent
