Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects supporting a broader Digital Transformation program . This individual will manage projects from discovery through delivery and serve as the day-to-day point of contact across internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives and is comfortable owning project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive-level communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and execute detailed project plans supporting digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects throughout the full lifecycle, from discovery and planning through testing and delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in partnership with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources, establish timelines, and assign responsibilities.
• Track project progress, budgets, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Prepare and communicate project status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and manage risks across interconnected projects and workstreams.
• Partner closely with internal teams, vendors, and other departments to keep projects moving forward.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and action items, and drive accountability.
• Support testing, documentation, and training/readiness activities as projects move toward implementation.
• Adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining alignment with overall business objectives.
• Set and manage expectations across project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of Project Management experience , preferably within technology or digital transformation environments.
• Experience managing software development and/or web and mobile application projects .
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project planning, resource management, budgeting, risk management, issue resolution, and change control.
• Experience identifying and managing dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate detailed project information into clear, high-level status updates.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to quickly understand new projects and drive execution.
• Experience with standard project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• PMP certification is a plus.
