Senior Project Manager

JL&P has partnered with an established TOP 10 electrical contractor who is expanding its team across Utah and Nevada and is looking to hire experienced construction professionals across multiple levels. Experience delivering major data center, commercial, or multifamily projects is a strong plus.

The roles:

• Superintendent: $110K–$160K
• Senior Superintendent: $160K+
• Project Manager: $100K–$135K
• Senior Project Manager: $135K–$170K
• Project Executive: $180K–$225K

What you bring:

• Proven experience in construction, ideally within electrical contracting
• Experience delivering major data center, commercial, and/or multifamily projects
• Strong leadership, project delivery, and team management skills
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution
• A track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard
