Senior Data & AI Programme Lead | 12-Month Contract

Day Rate: €700–€750

We're looking for an experienced Senior Data & AI Programme Lead to drive a high-profile data transformation and AI programme within a complex enterprise environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, delivery-focused leader who can bridge the gap between business strategy, data, technology and AI innovation.

🔹 The Role:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data & AI transformation programmes.
• Drive AI adoption, data modernisation and enterprise-wide data initiatives.
• Manage complex programmes involving multiple workstreams, senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, milestones and measurable business outcomes.
• Oversee programme governance, budgets, risks, dependencies and delivery performance.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify and deliver value through data, analytics and AI.

🔹 What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience leading large-scale Data & AI programmes in complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI, data platforms, data governance and modern data architectures.
• Demonstrable experience delivering enterprise transformation programmes.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
• Strong programme governance, commercial management and delivery expertise.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on programme leadership.
