Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for SEO and link-building campaigns Manage a portfolio of international clients (US, UK, Australia) with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates Plan, execute, and monitor SEO and link-building strategies aligned with client goals Coordinate with internal teams (Outreach, Content, SEO, QA) to ensure smooth execution Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues Maintain high-quality deliverables and ensure adherence to deadlines and SOPs Analyze campaign performance and present insights, reports, and recommendations to clients Conduct regular client calls, presentations, and performance reviews Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and workflow optimization ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in project management within digital marketing, preferably SEO/link building Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, backlink strategies, and outreach processes Proven experience handling international clients (US, UK, Australia preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation and client-facing skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and quality control ________________________________________
