Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of large-scale data center projects from design through construction and commissioning, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of mission-critical facilities shaping the future of cloud and AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center projects through planning, design, construction, and handover.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Drive project meetings, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Oversee change management and project controls.
• Monitor project performance and ensure delivery against milestones.
• Provide leadership to project teams and support critical decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience delivering data centers, mission-critical facilities, hyperscale, or similar complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong background managing construction budgets, schedules, and contracts.

Preferred

• Owner's Representative or client-side project management experience.
• Knowledge of critical MEP systems, commissioning, and data center infrastructure.
