We are partnering with a leading consultancy to appoint a Senior Transformation Project Manager into their Delivery & Transformation practice.

This is an opportunity to join a consulting environment where you'll work directly with senior client stakeholders to deliver complex business and technology transformation initiatives across a diverse range of industries.

We're looking for a hands-on transformation leader who can confidently move between strategy and execution, driving outcomes while managing competing stakeholder priorities in fast-paced environments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs
• Managing executive stakeholders and steering committee engagement
• Driving operating model, process and organisational change initiatives
• Delivering integration, consolidation and transformation programs
• Building and maintaining program governance, delivery plans and reporting
• Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful transformation outcomes
• Working closely with clients to shape solutions and drive adoption

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years' experience in Project Management, Program Delivery or Transformation
• Proven experience delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives
• Strong consulting, technology consulting or systems integration background
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong governance, planning and delivery management capability
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when required

Highly Regarded

• Operating Model Transformation experience
• M&A, integration or divestment programs
• Enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
• Organisational change and business transformation delivery
