Salary Range: ₦350,000–₦400,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead interior design and fit-out projects from initial briefing through to final handover. The successful candidate will serve as the primary link between clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the approved design intent. This role requires a strong understanding of design development, construction processes, procurement, budgeting, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including briefing, concept development, design documentation, procurement, construction, snagging, and handover.
• Coordinate clients, contractors, designers, and suppliers to ensure effective project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk registers.
• Ensure drawings, specifications, and schedules covering finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), and lighting are complete and consistent.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, materials, and compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly without compromising quality or delivery schedules.
• Improve internal project management processes, templates, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), budgeting, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp is an advantage.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
