• Establish and agree project execution plan with our client 创建项目执行计划并与客户达成一致
• Create project and design brief 撰写项目和设计概要
• Manage design development process and conduct VE session 管理设计进展过程和变更
• Develop project procurement plan according to each project unique requirement. Define scope of service for each package. 依据各项目的特殊要求，制定项目采购计划。确定各项目包的服务范围。
• Access to the best contractors, designers and suppliers. 拜访行业的***的承包商、设计师和供应商。
• Coordinate internal or external QS for project cost control 协调内部和外部工料测量师，以控制项目成本
• Manage tendering process 管理招标过程
• Tendering documents preparation, review or assist internal & external QS in relevant job 准备、审阅招投标文件，或协助内外部工料测量师的相关工作
• Project risk prediction 项目风险预测
• Manage project testing, commissioning and handover 管理项目测试、调试和移交
• Provide leadership and coach to Project Managers 辅导项目经理并提供管理支持
• Effective coordination of multiple project stakeholders 有效协调多个项目利益相关方
• Understand the basic architecture of large domestic companies and multinationals, effective coordination and management of multiple departments involved in projects 了解国内大公司及跨国公司的基本架构组成，能有效的协调及管理参与项目的多个部门
• Coordinate with client management, hosted meeting 主持会议，协调客户方管理层意见
• Innovation & creativity of service and knowledge. 服务和知识的革新和创造 任职要求：
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, engineering or project management 建筑、室内设计、工程或项目管理专业本科（或以上）学历
• 8-10+ years experiences in project management for office projects. 8-10年以上办公室项目全过程管理经验
• Has experience in working with/for international consultant company 曾与/为国际咨询公司工作
• Be able to multitask and manage priorities 具有操作多项事务，并管理优先顺序的能力
• Pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need 能够前瞻性地发现工作需要
• Be able to adopt change according to company business plan 能适应公司业务发展计划带来的变化
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 优秀的组织能力并关注细节
• Good English, both spoken and written 良好的英语说写能力
• Good collaboration & team work 良好的协作和团队合作能力
• Good communication, negotiation and conflict management skill 良好的沟通交流，谈判和冲突管理能力
• Wider knowledge in planning and creating asset, for instance, Strategic Value Management, Investment Appraisal, Workplace Strategy, Relocation Management, Benchmarking & Performance Management etc. 在规划和创建资源方面有广博的见解，例如，战略价值管理，投资分析，工作场所策略，迁迁建管理，标杆和绩效管理等
