About the Role

Project Manager Responsible for the planning, procurement and execution of project.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling
• Pre-construction meetings
• Submittals
• RFI’s
• Change orders
• Develop construction schedule.
• Cost controls
• Prepare invoicing for A/R.
• Ensure code compliance.
• Acquire temporary utilities.
• Read and understand construction plans.
• Ability to perform take-offs and schedule of values.
• Understand contractual documents.
• Oversee budgets and stay on schedule.
• Communicate with vendors and clients.
• Manage and lead construction team.
• Manage weekly design/construction meetings.
• Keep upper management informed of construction progress.
• Coordinate with engineering/architectural firms.
• WIP reports
• Forecast duration of projects.
• Perform closeout document review.
• Punchlist review.
• Warranty book.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
