Senior Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record managing ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up construction projects from planning through final completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, cost control, and forecasting.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners.
• Manage subcontractor bidding, buyout, contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeout.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of construction project management experience.
• Ground-up construction experience.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
