Senior Project Manager - Consultancy

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, while also providing strategic advice to clients and supporting senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include:

• Appointing and managing consultant teams
• Producing feasibility studies and project planning documentation
• Managing statutory approval processes
• Advising clients on procurement strategies and delivery methodologies
• Leading projects through construction delivery
• Managing project budgets, cost control, financial reporting, risk, QA, and programming
• Facilitating stakeholder engagement and chairing project meetings
• Supporting Directors in the delivery of strategic advisory services
• Building and maintaining trusted client relationships

About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:

• 10+ years' experience within a project management consultancy environment
• Strong New Zealand and/or UK project experience
• Proven involvement across vertical construction projects, including sectors such as health, education, commercial, industrial, or similar
• A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, or a related discipline
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, commercially astute, and solutions-focused approach
