Senior Project Manager - Dynamics ERP Implementation

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Dynamics ERP Implementation to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will lead large-scale ERP implementation projects from kickoff through delivery, with a strong focus on client outcomes, governance, and disciplined execution. You will partner closely with stakeholders to define ownership, align project goals, and keep scope, schedule, and budget under control. The position also requires proactive risk management, executive-level communication, and consistent attention to quality improvement across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects aligned with client objectives
• Work with stakeholders to establish ownership and project goals
• Facilitate risk and issue management with proactive mitigation plans
• Apply the company's delivery methodology and standard practices for continuous quality improvement
• Manage project budgets of $2M - $10M with disciplined forecasting
• Lead or support Steering Committee governance and executive status reporting
• Provide clear communication to stakeholders on project progress and challenges

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ERP implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics
• Minimum 5 years of consultancy implementation partner experience
• Demonstrated project controls expertise, including maintaining detailed project plans and managing scope, schedule, and budget baselines
