Have you delivered switchgear, UPS and generator installations on a data centers? We’re looking for an Electrical Senior PM for a 2-year project, with a package well above base salary.

Most PM roles want you to run more for the same money. This one adds 20% Travel Assignment Pay (TAP) on top of your base salary , plus bonus potential on top of that. It also pays your housing, gives you $178/day per diem, gets you home twice a month, and makes you an owner in the business.

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager for a major data centre build in Childress, Texas, with one of the largest electrical contractors in the US . They’re an employee-owned company with a large backlog of projects across the country. The project has already started, so this role is being filled now.

This role is for electrical PMs with real medium-voltage and critical power experience . If your background is mainly low-voltage/technology or utility high-voltage transmission, this one isn’t the right fit, and we’d rather tell you now.

If you’ve managed MV distribution, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, ATS and PDUs on a data centre or mission-critical job, read on.

What you’ll be doing.

• Running the electrical scope on a large-scale data centre, on site, from start to energisation
• Owning the critical power installation: MV gear, UPS, generators, busway and distribution
• Controlling cost, forecasting and change management, so the numbers are your call
• Leading foremen, field teams and subcontractors, and managing the GC and owner relationship
• Delivering alongside a high-performing team that expects ownership

What gets you hired.

• Data centre or mission-critical construction experience ( essential )
• Hands-on medium-voltage and UPS/critical power delivery ( essential )
• Strong construction management: you run projects in the field, not from a spreadsheet
• Confident with budgets, cost reports and forecasts
