Senior Project Manager / Estimator

Fenton Construction has been in business since 1965. We are a Commercial and Industrial General Contractor, Construction Manager, and a Design-Build Construction Company. Fenton is seeking an experienced Construction Professional that has the expertise to provide 1st class project management services to our new and repeat clients. Primary Responsibility: Responsible to plan, execute, and finalize projects to the deadline while keeping within the budget.

Roles + Responsibilities :

• Manage financials, risk management, and client relations of assigned projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Manage field staff, subcontractors, and take responsibility for project budget and schedule.
• Create and manage project schedule - ensures project quality control.
• Generate and track RFI's, Review Submittals and Shop Drawings, Generate and Track Pay Applications
• Manage the Close-Out Process, Draft subcontracts, Negotiates subcontract change orders.
• Establish, monitor, manage, and adjust project budget.
• Establish overall project logistics, develop and prepare RFP bid packages, material take-offs, and purchasing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years' experience working for a Commercial and/or Industrial General Contracting Company as a Project Manager.
• Pre-Engineered Metal Building Experience A Plus
• Experience with Sage 300/Timberline
• Microsoft Project Scheduling Software - Microsoft Office Suite Products
• Procore
• Client Service Commitment
• Interpersonal Skills & Problem-Solving Ability
• Contract Law and Project Accounting Knowledge
• Skills in Scheduling, Estimating, Cost Control, Procurement, and Business Development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
